We have been born, as Nephi of old
To goodly parents, who love the Lord.
We have been taught, and we understand
That we must do as the Lord commands.
We are as the army of Helaman.
We have been taught in our youth
And we will be the Lord's missionaries
To bring the world His truth.

Looks great!
ReplyDeleteThanks for making the background white. Saves on my color ink.
ReplyDeleteRight? The last one had to have a colored background and it killed me.
DeleteThese are really cute!
ReplyDeleteThanks, Amy!
DeleteThis is AWESOME!!!! I really love it and can't wait to use it. The first picture is my very favorite. I think that baby Nephi is by far the very cutest thing I have seen in a long time!!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteBaby Nephi was my favorite, too! He was fun to make.
DeleteI was just called to be Primary Music Chorister in January, and happened upon your blog. Thank you so much for your dedication to this calling! I have appreciated gleaning from your ideas and visual aids so much since I was called. Keep up the hard work! You have no idea how many lives you are blessing with your posts. :)
ReplyDeleteAwesome! Thank you!
ReplyDeleteWhere are verses 2 and 3?
ReplyDeleteThey're in my laptop... which my son sent flying across the room last week. I'm not sure they're ever going to make it to the blog:(
Deleteplease oh please I would love to have verse 2 and 3? Is there any way you can share them?
DeleteWe'll be fasting for your laptop. This verse is SOOOO cute, can't help but long for the rest. Thank you so much for this cute flip chart! The kids loved it! And my 2000 warriors are decorating the Primary room now. Your stuff is great.
ReplyDeleteI'd really love verses 2 & 3 too! This song will be great in the primary program, but we need the other 2 verses in order to build the song to a great climax in the third verse!! I'm hoping your laptop is salvageable!! Thanks for all your hard work and making my life less complicated!
ReplyDeleteI'm trying! Thanks!
DeleteThis is awesome! Thanks a ton for posting this. I am excited to use it. It looks great and I think the kids will really like it. I would really love verse 2 and 3 also, if it ever works out. Thanks you, thank you, thank you!!!
ReplyDeleteThe link for the attention activity isn't working. Any ideas?
ReplyDeleteSorry! Fixed.
DeleteI would love verses 2 and 3 also! I always love your cute pictures!!!
ReplyDeletePlease, please, please finish the other verses! Your flipcharts are the best and I really want to teach this song!!!
ReplyDeleteI'm trying to compile a few pictures about Nephi and put it with scripture to make a little booklet for my kids about Nephi. I wanted a picture of Nephi as a baby. Can I use the first two pictures of this flip chart and crop it to just have the baby nephi and the parents on the right? I'll put the picture credit under your picture in my compiled booklet and if I share it online I'll give you full credit and link back to this page. It would be for personal use only. http://hubbardscupboard2010.com/
ReplyDeleteThank you OCD Primary Chorister. I have a sinus infection and still needed to prep songs for Christmas. You saved me so much time this morning that I'm not too worn out to go to church. Thanks so much for saving my day!
ReplyDeleteSuper cute! So helpful to have such high quality visuals that truly communicate the meaning of the words--especially because I work with a LARGE Jr. primary (we have 3 Sunbeam classes), most of whom cannot read and some of whom do not speak English.
ReplyDeleteDid you ever make the other verses?
